FAQ
What people ask before they try.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Your AI employees always introduce themselves as AI assistants, as the European AI Act requires. Camille says so in her very first text message.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
The employee stops until you decide to keep them. Nothing is charged without your decision, and your data — business profile, drafts, settings — stays available if you pick up again later.
Can an employee send something without my approval?
Not by default: posts, replies and reminders wait for your approval. You can then let certain actions go out on their own, one by one. The one exception, by design: Camille answers missed calls straight away, using the details you gave her.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is set up from your workspace, in plain language: your business, your tone, your rules. If you would rather be guided, book a 30-minute demo.
Where is my data hosted?
With OVHcloud, in the European Union. Some subprocessors — payment (Stripe), text messages (Twilio), AI writing (Anthropic) — may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment: you cancel from your workspace, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How many people can use the account?
Your whole team can log in: the price depends on the number of AI employees you keep on, not on the number of users.
